Flag Football Playoff

Even though we study a lot during weekdays, by the end of the week we still have energy to contribute to Invest in Kinds, play flag-football games, get together at the "Thirsty Thursday" and other activities. And this Sunday we have the Flag Football Playoff.

First year MBA students formed a couple of teams, which plays every Sunday morning against alumni, second year, part time, MSA and MSF students. This activity has been a great opportunity for the first year students to know each other, and also do networking with alumni. Our Sunday mornings have been fun!

We have been playing since the beginning of the semester and now comes the final time…

The semifinal games will start at 10am in Cleveland Circle field, and after that, there will be the final Championship Game for the trophy at 11am. I can not wait to play!

My name is America, I am a first year MBA full time student in Boston College. I just came from Venezuela in August to study my MBA and I love it. I am planning to do my concentration in Brand Management – Marketing, since that is the subject that I am passionate about.

I can not believe how fast the semester has gone; it seems just a few weeks ago when we started the introductory activities and the classes.  After a lot of hard work, our first 7 weeks were over. I very much enjoyed my first group of classes this semester. The challenge of these past weeks was amazing; I knew it would be hard, but I did not expect it to be so intense. However, by the end, I actually loved it this way! We did study a lot, but we still had energy to play flag-football games, get together at the "Thirsty Thursdays" and more!
